This week was supposed to be a joyous week. My nephew is getting married this Sunday. The family will all be together-nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, sisters, brother, Mom, and a slew of family in-laws-to celebrate.
But there is much sadness entering this week. KI lost her mother suddenly last weekend, and my heart is breaking for our collective loss. KI was blessed with awesome parents who left this earth too soon. They raised an amazing daughter who turned out to be the best partner in life anyone could ask for.
So today’s blog features photos from some of KI’s and my recent adventures.
The water shots were taken on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The bottle was taken at Eastern Neck NWR. That was the best photo I got that day. And the three Great White Egrets were taken at Chincoteague where I saw ponies too but they were not doing anything but eating grass.
Enjoy the photos. They were fun times for KI and me.
Sorry for your loss – both of you…. My condolences
