So Many Places; So Much Beauty

A Bridge Too Far

A Bridge Too Far

KI and I have spent the last six months of weekends traveling to out of the way places along the East Coast. Some of our stays have been on the way to other places, and some have been the final destination. Two such places has been the mountains of Pennsylvania and western Pennsylvania. These separate trips occurred during the beginning of fall/end of summer.

On the way to Niagara Falls, we stopped overnight at a very out of the way campground near the Poconos. I thought the wind turbines on the way were such a cool sight!

After we returned from Niagara Falls we visited western PA and stayed right on a river. It was so peaceful. I love the abstract here of the river and also found the fisherman compelling. The fisherman was camping with his family including young children. He was sharing his love with his kids, teaching them how to fish. Sometimes photos can capture these moments. In this case, I did not want to intrude on this special moment.

BTW some of these photos were taken with a compact point and shoot, and some were taken with a DSLR. I hope this shows that you can take photos with any camera even a phone and get quality photos.

Enjoy this week’s photos. KI and I enjoyed the time we spent at these beautiful locations in Pennsylvania!

Thank you for sharing your pictures. It takes us to places some are unable to go.
